Our stay at Hotel Bigallo was an absolute delight, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The attentive and friendly staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, with a special mention to Floredana who went above and beyond to enhance our experience. The spacious rooms with stunning views of the Duomo, along with the efficient air conditioning, provided a retreat from the summer heat. The central location, just a minute's walk to the Duomo, made exploring Florence a breeze, while the ease of leaving luggage and using the bathroom facilities post-check-out added a thoughtful touch to our stay. A true gem in the heart of Florence, offering exceptional value for a memorable experience.
